Kunstsilo — Wayfinding and Signage
The wayfinding system for Kunstsilo was designed to complement the building’s sculptural architecture — clear, minimal, and quietly confident. It connects the industrial past of the silo with the openness of a modern museum.

Every surface invites touch. The matte finish and raised lettering help visitors orient through texture as much as through sight — accessibility built into form.

The signage follows the grid of the building itself. Each module aligns with architectural rhythms, allowing the system to guide visitors naturally through the concrete geometry.

Typography and iconography were designed to speak a shared visual language — quiet precision, balanced weight, no ornament. The numbers become landmarks in themselves, grounding orientation in space.

Developed in close collaboration with the architects and curatorial team, the system adapts across gallery, education, and backstage areas. It ensures that wayfinding supports, rather than interrupts, the museum experience.
