Kunstsilo Kids - The Playful Extension
Kunstsilo Kids was developed as a playful extension of the museum’s visual world — a tactile space where children can explore art, color, and form through movement and curiosity. The goal was to make design an invitation to touch, play, and imagine.

The pegboard installation acts as an open-ended canvas. Shapes, textures, and magnets can be rearranged endlessly — giving children the freedom to build their own compositions and stories.

The extension of visual identity balances the architectural roots of Kunstsilo with the joy of play. Rounded forms, modular letters, and vivid colors create a system that feels both designed and spontaneous.
A small family of characters brings warmth and recognition across materials — from walls to printed guides. They’re simple, expressive, and designed to grow with the children who meet them.
The sub-brand extends beyond signage into learning tools. It bridges design, art, and storytelling, helping children experience creativity as something alive, tangible, and theirs to shape.
